Long & McQuade seeks passionate independent contractors for its Lesson Centres. In this role, you will provide lessons in piano, guitar, bass, and more, catered to students of all ages. Ideal candidates will possess solid teaching methods and a solid understanding of lesson curriculums required for individual or group instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach lessons on various instruments, including piano, guitar, and voice
• Develop customized lesson plans for individual and group classes
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
• Maintain an engaging and supportive learning environment
• Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
• Music degree or diploma from a recognized institution
• Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments
• Previous teaching experience with diverse age groups
• Proficiency in standard teaching methods
• Professional equivalency considered
