Caseware is searching for an experienced Procurement Specialist to enhance their procurement function. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT to streamline vendor relationships and ensure optimal governance. Your commercial acumen will help drive cost savings and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end procurement activities and vendor selection
• Develop sourcing strategies balancing cost and quality
• Manage competitive sourcing events including RFPs




• Oversee vendor relationships and contract lifecycle management
• Analyze spend to identify savings and improve efficiency

Requirements:
• 5–10 years in procurement or strategic sourcing
• Experience negotiating complex contracts
• Strong understanding of governance and risk management
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting
