The University of British Columbia (UBC) is seeking a Quality Analyst Lead to provide people and technical leadership for enterprise-wide testing initiatives within the OCIO. This role will drive QA strategies, lead the design of a recent Quality Test Framework, and evaluate automation tools across Workday and related integrations.
The incumbent will lead resource planning, mentor Analysts and Developers, and ensure best practices are followed to reduce manual testing and improve release confidence
