In this permanent position, you will report to the Shift Supervisor and demonstrate your expertise in power production. Key responsibilities include participating in competency training, maintaining compliance with NERC standards, and ensuring a safe environment for yourself and your coworkers. Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-pressure boiler turbine units safely
• Participate in competency-based and regulatory training
• Ensure compliance with NERC/NPCC reliability standards
• Support environmental performance initiatives
• Respond to call-outs and temporary assignments
Requirements:
• 2nd Class Power Engineer Certificate; 3+ years experience desired
• Demonstrated problem resolution skills
• Strong computer skills and adaptability
• Acceptable color vision for control equipment
• Residence within 60 minutes of headquarters
