Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to offer people management support
• Assist in employee attraction and retention initiatives




• Advise on performance management and employee relations
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Facilitate talent management and career development initiatives

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of HR experience in a related role
• Educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
