This full time role focuses on leadership, safety, and growth. As a critical figure in our current Brooklin operation, you'll oversee Parts, Service, and Equipment departments.
Your responsibilities will involve building a motivated team and collaborating with various departments, including Marketing and Facilities. You'll also engage in proactive customer relationship management, ensuring superior service that aligns with Toromont’s mission. Key Responsibilities:

Set and track yearly branch objectives
Requirements:
5+ years in leadership roles in heavy equipment
Proven coaching and mentoring capabilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for customer relations
Valid Driver's License and clean abstract
