This long-term temporary position seeks an expert with experience in creating culturally competent recruitment processes and building trust within Indigenous communities. Your efforts will remove obstacles and develop robust talent pipelines for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis candidates. Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute corporate Indigenous recruitment initiatives
Modernize recruitment processes for culturally secure experiences
Establish solid relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
Identify and eliminate systemic barriers in hiring
Analyze workforce data to guide strategic improvements Requirements:
5–7 years of progressive recruitment experience
Lived understanding of Indigenous realities and cultures
Proven track record in relationship-building with Indigenous groups
Familiarity with equity and reconciliation frameworks
