We are looking for a high-energy, super-organised individual with an eye for detail, who enjoys spinning plates and delivering excellent customer satisfaction You will be responsible for managing operations with fabric suppliers, leading a small team of curtain makers and servicing the needs of customers by phone and by email. You will be working in a friendly workplace as part of a small team in a business that truly values their staff. We pride ourselves in providing excellent training and support,



and furthermore encourage our staff to contribute ideas to develop and improve the business & the processes for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Team leader for small group of curtain / blind makers - Line manage a team of three freelance curtain / blind makers plus a larger curtain making business
Manage the order workflow Management of Fabric Suppliers - Place and manage fabric orders with suppliers.
Develop relationships with fabric brand representatives Customer Service - Take pre-order enquiries by phone and email from online customers
Resolve difficulties and issues with online orders
Manage customer changes, track order progress & update customers Business Development & Digital Marketing - Work closely with the Operations Manager to help improve business processes
Participate in the ActionCoach business development programme
Help with digital marketing; social media, newsletter and other online marketing activities
