Scotiabank is seeking a Bilingual ScotiaHelps Advisor for its Ottawa location. This role focuses on providing empathetic support to clients facing financial challenges through tailored solutions. As a ScotiaHelps Advisor, you’ll engage clients to conduct financial reviews and offer relief programs tailored to their needs.
You will be instrumental in preventing delinquency by maintaining robust client relationships and delivering best-in-class customer service. Your expertise will guide clients through complex financial situations while adhering to the Bank’s policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

High School Diploma required
Previous customer-facing experience is an asset
Solid verbal and written communication skills
