Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account accuracy and identify discrepancies
Conduct account analysis to monitor financial health and support budgeting efforts
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
Reconcile accounts and prepare detailed reports for management review




Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Skills
Proficiency in popular accounting software including Sage, ADP
Robust knowledge of bookkeeping principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and support budgeting processes
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and external vendors
Knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements is a plus
