Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to accurately process orders and payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours through effective time management
Handle cashing out customers, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures




Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably as a bartender or in a hospitality role
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and transactions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding alcohol laws and regulations
