Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing excellent service, mixing drinks with precision, and ensuring all bar operations run smoothly. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while contributing to a lively social environment.

Prior experience in bartending or customer service is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of drink recipes and responsible alcohol service. The successful candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Manage cash register operations and process payments accurately
Restock bar inventory as needed and communicate supply needs to management




Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours
Follow all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable

Qualifications
Previous bartending or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and responsible alcohol service standards
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Ability to multitask effectively in a lively workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Solid organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Must be at least 21 years old (or age specified by local regulations)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

This position offers an engaging work workplace where you can develop your bartending skills while providing memorable experiences for our guests. Pay: $17.80-$18.00 per hour
