Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Journeyperson for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta .
Position Requirements Valid Journeyman (JM) Carpenter Ticket or equivalent hours
Working Carpenter Foreperson positions are available
Experience with Peri formwork is considered an asset
Safety Tickets: Valid Fall Protection is an asset but not required
Valid Confined Space is an asset but not required
Valid MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) is an asset but not required

Minimum of five years' experience in industrial construction
A clean five-year driver's abstract is required
Compensation and Shift Details Base wage: $49.39 - $56.80 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement. Rate dependent on position
ITC Premium: $0.54 - $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week). ITC rate dependent on position

$150 per working day LOA will be offered for night shift only for non local candidates
Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week)
Night shift premium: $3.00 per hour if working nights
Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours
Overtime and weekend work may be required




Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, and 50lb Fitness to Work tests
