Key Responsibilities:
• Handle insurance defense files independently from start to finish
• Prepare and conduct motions, mediations, and trials
• Draft legal documents,



including pleadings and affidavits
• Present legal seminars to the claims department
• Communicate effectively with claims professionals

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
• Member of the Law Society of Alberta
• Minimum of two years in insurance litigation
• Expertise in drafting and trials
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
