• Enter reservation requests from 3rd party sites promptly
• Manage Tour Operator reservations using Freesell
• Confirm reservations from Unit Owners via email




• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and requests
• Address guest concerns effectively, escalating when necessary

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with reservation systems and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to cover Front Desk duties as needed
