You are responsible for invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting individual and departmental targets. Robust attention to detail and accounting knowledge are essential. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate collection calls prior to payment deadlines
Manage licensee accounts with detailed documentation
Complete accounts receivable data entry accurately
