Tracking development progress
Prepping for and scheduling team meetings
Assist in creating pitch documents such as outlines and decks
Maintain department spreadsheet with active projects and priorities, oversee unsolicited pitches
Assist EP with research and meetings with writers in active development
Coordinate with C3 and Cineflix personnel
Prepare paperwork for various accounting
Provide research on new and developing stories, sourcing content and IP including reading scripts or books and provide coverage/analysis; Source IP, and film/tv rights, establishing relationships with publishers and lit agents and conduct interviews and maintain relationships with sources for current stories when needed.

Requirements
Mid-level experience in a related field

Able to work independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft office, including excel and word
Proficiency in using archival news sites, tracking and sourcing contacts
Strong and sensitive Communication skills
