Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or snacks to enhance customer satisfaction
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Qualifications
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and confidently
Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for cash transactions, measuring ingredients, and inventory management
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in serving or food industry roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
