Ethos Cafe is looking for experienced and passionate baristas to serve the finest coffee beverages in a fast paced workplace. Extensive experience is mandatory, although on site training will be provided in order to align with our setup. This position will also require taking orders, serving food and bussing tables.

We wish to find autonomous, motivated and outgoing candidates to give customers the ultimate cafe experience. Schedule is flexible, allowing you to enjoy Golden's outdoors, and employment can suit long term workers.

Ethos is seeking an experienced barista that can handle busy days behind the espresso machine. Latte art is mandatory and excellent customer service as well. The candidates must be available to work until the end of winter 2027.

Daily tips are separated between all employees which represent between $4 to $7 per hour extra from the base hourly wage.
