Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
Manage food and beverage orders efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items according to health regulations
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment,



and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks and restocking supplies during shifts

Requirements
Previous barista experience or food service background preferred; enthusiasm for learning is key
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
