We are looking for experienced baristas who are bubbly, energetic, confident, reliable, punctual, able to multitask, problem solve, thrive in a busy workplace, and can jump into a variety of roles throughout the day. You will be part of a friendly team where communication, balance of professionalism and fun, and great customer service are key.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve top tier espresso-based drinks and other beverages to Goldie’s Donuts & Bakery standards
Package donuts and pastries, as well as grill sandwiches.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service
Assist with daily cafe operations — from restocking, doing the dishes, and cleaning to serving donuts, pastries and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Handle cash/POS transactions accurately




Support your team to keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista or café experience (minimum 1 year). Someone that knows how to dial in a good espresso, steam milk to the right consistency, and is able to create consistent latte art.
Passion for great coffee and genuine hospitality
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy setting
Flexible availability full-time

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $18.25 per hour
