We are seeking a passionate and dedicated member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We are hoping to hire someone who is able to maintain customer loyalty and overall positive setting that we have created here at Pablo's Coffee House.

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines.




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience.

Skills
Previous barista experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in operating POS systems
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service operations is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.60 per hour
