Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food industry regulations

Requirements




Previous Barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Proficiency with POS systems for productive order processing
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings as needed
