We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to service completion. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will be crucial in building lasting relationships with our clients and enhancing their overall satisfaction.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge.
Accurately create service orders and communicate them effectively to the service team.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of customer payments.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.




Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership policies and safety regulations.

Experience
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within a dealership environment is preferred.
Robust automotive knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
