Responsibilities
Safely and efficiently operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck to ensure it is in positive working condition
Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or other heavy equipment
Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, including maintaining a safe speed and obeying all road signs
Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely transportation of goods
Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts and logbooks, accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with experience in freight transportation




Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures to handle minor repairs or emergencies on the road
Familiarity with operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts, to safely load and unload cargo
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines and maintain an effective schedule

Pay: $30.50 per hour
