This full-time role involves assessing the needs, preferences, and interests of residents to design tailored recreational activities. As a key leader, you will work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure programs promote cognitive stimulation, social engagement, and physical activity. You will oversee department operations, including scheduling and budgeting, while also inspiring and coaching staff to meet departmental objectives.

Requirements: • Completion of a Recreation Therapy program • 3+ years experience in recreation therapy • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems • Solid leadership and teamwork skills • Current Vulnerable Sector Check
