Dexterra Group is seeking a Cook to support hospital catering services. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will oversee timely meal prep, food safety and staff supervision in a rapid-paced kitchen.
You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, maintain clean storage and inventory, and ensure compliance with OH&S; and health regulations while delivering high quality meals to clients.
