Day to day duties: Oversee day to day running of the store including opening and closing procedures
Providing excellent customer service – offering styling and sizing advice, making suggestions, sharing product/brand knowledge and encouraging sales
Use of POS system for transactions, refunds and inventory checking
Receiving deliveries, unpacking, price labelling and steaming new garments
General daily cleaning and tidying of the store and its contents
Changing mannequins and displays as directed
Being an ambassador for our small local business
