Key Responsibilities:
• Provide patron services and library resource instruction
• Manage Resource Sharing and Interlibrary Loan services
• Collaborate in team meetings and assist student staff training
• Troubleshoot technology access issues for library users
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for all library patrons
Requirements:
• Two-year Library Technician Diploma or equivalent experience
• At least six months of relevant library experience
• Proficiency in library systems and e-learning technologies
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Robust problem-solving and self-motivation abilities
