Become an integral part of our manufacturing team as an Assembly Technician. This role focuses on technical and mechanical tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
We are looking for a skilled technician with 1–2 years of experience in assembling small components. Key responsibilities include performing mechanical tasks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining documentation. You will contribute to safety initiatives and continuous improvement practices while working independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform grinding, chemical cleaning, and process treatments
• Execute tasks safely under controlled production conditions
• Organize work for accountability and traceability
• Monitor critical quality items during the assembly process
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives like Total Productive Maintenance
Requirements:
• High school diploma; Technical Diploma preferred
• 1-2 years of assembly experience in manufacturing
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity
