As a vital member of our team, you're responsible for ensuring operations run smoothly through effective maintenance of equipment. You will support both the Afternoon and Midnight shifts, working on tasks ranging from preventative maintenance to urgent repairs. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead repairs on production equipment and machinery
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules




• Document and manage equipment maintenance reports
• Mentor junior technicians in operational best practices

Requirements:
• Must possess Industrial/Maintenance Electrician 442A and/or 309A
• Experience with food processing machinery and automation
• Knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
