As Guest Attendant, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. What you will be doing:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures

Ensure all guest rooms are prepared and presented to the highest level of cleanliness and luxury presentation

Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest

Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service

Report maintenance concerns, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department





Ensure all equipment and cleaning tools are used safely and maintained properly

Respond promptly to guest requests and collaborate with colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards

Maintain positive communication with the Housekeeping team and other departments

Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
