OVERVIEW The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing our guests with anextraordinary experience from reservation through to checkout. In this role, accuracy and accountability arekey. You are empowered to exceed guest expectations. You will achieveexcellence by making business decisions that are focused on upholding thehighest standards in guest service
RESPONSIBILITIES Welcomeguests in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
Checkguests in, issue room keys, provide information on Resort facilities androom location.
Respondto guests questions, complaints, and requests ensuring efficient andpersonalized guest service.




Ensuresafety and confidentiality of our owners, guests and employees.
Createand maintain a positive and productive atmosphere at the front desk; havegood working relationships with managers and associates in otherdepartments.
Workas part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotelprocedures to ensure excellent quality and service.
Sell, process,and maintain all reservation records using Resort selling strategies.
Ensurethe work area is clean, neat, and well organized.
Be aâ sales person by active promotion of property facilities andcompany/property specific promotions in order to contribute to overallprofitability.
REQUIREMENTS Experiencein either a guest or customer focused environment.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Committedto delivering the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
Abilityto work under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
Abilityto work alone and as part of a team.
Excellentorganizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Proficientin MS Office including Word, Excel & Power Point.
Abilityto work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Qualifiedapplicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and, whereapplicable, possess a valid work or study permit that allows the candidateto fulfill the requirements of the role.
Wage: $22.35 per hour
Job Type: Permanent
