Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging community programming
• Supervise Life Enrichment Assistants and volunteers
• Facilitate wellness and fitness programs for seniors




• Adapt activities for individuals with various needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere

Requirements:
• Degree in Gerontology, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field
• Experience in geriatric programming
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
• Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain
