This position involves the assessment, goal setting, and planning of personal services for individuals in need. You will assist clients with daily living skills and engage them in community activities, aiming to foster independence and self-sufficiency. Your contributions will directly support the ICCS mission of love and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create assessments for program participants
• Facilitate life skills such as meal preparation
• Support community involvement and independence
• Administer first aid and medication as required
• Keep accurate reports on resident activities

Requirements:
• Diploma in a social service or human service field
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent
• WHMIS 2015 certification
• Certification in Non-Violent Crisis Prevention
• Maintain a valid criminal record check
