As the Housing Program Coordinator, you will report to the Housing Supervisor, playing a vital role in improving the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents at Cedar Point Supportive Housing. You will oversee recreational and skills programs, assist residents with accessing services, and ensure clear communication with volunteers while maintaining a welcoming workplace for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement in-house programs for resident benefit
• Encourage engagement in community initiatives and events




• Ensure all program materials and equipment are prepared
• Train and host volunteers for various activities
• Collect data and evaluate program effectiveness

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or similar related experience
• Experience working with vulnerable populations
• Strong program development skills are an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Valid driver's license with liability insurance required
