List of Requirements We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Community Inclusion Worker to support a non-verbal individual in their own home and within the community.
This role focuses on promoting inclusion, independence, safety, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Experience supporting autistic individuals, especially non-verbal individuals, is an asset
Understanding of autism, sensory needs, and person-centered support
Patient, empathetic, and dependable
Ability to follow structure while remaining adaptable
Strong observation and communication skills




First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
List of Duties Provide one-to-one support in the client’s home and community
Encourage participation in community activities based on the individual’s interests
Support daily routines and life skills (personal care if required)
Respond calmly and respectfully to sensory and emotional needs
Follow individualized support plans and consistent routines
Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being at all times
Communicate with family members and the support team
Complete basic documentation as required
