More about the role Create detailed drawings indicating dimensions, views, and other useful information for manufacturing.
Develop detailed drawings for tooling, molds, and factory layouts required for the role.
Communicate regularly, or as needed, with the Manufacturing Department to make agreed-upon modifications to drawings to facilitate production while meeting customer requirements.
Create and update bills of materials (BOMs) used in product manufacturing.
Conduct time and motion studies to improve the accuracy of planning tools and identify continuous improvement opportunities in production methods.
Participate in the study and application of quality best practices (office and plant).
More about the role (French) Exécuter des dessins détaillés indiquant les dimensions, les vues et autres informations utiles à la fabrication.
Réaliser des dessins détaillés pour les outils, les moules et les aménagements d’usine nécessaires à l’exécution des activités.
Communiquer régulièrement, ou au besoin, avec le département de la fabrication afin d’apporter les modifications convenues aux dessins pour faciliter la production tout en respectant les exigences des clients.
Rédiger et mettre à jour les listes de matériaux (BOM) utilisées dans la fabrication des produits.
Effectuer des analyses de temps et mouvements afin d’améliorer la précision des outils de planification et d’identifier des occasions d’amélioration continue des méthodes de production.
Participer à l’étude et à l’application des meilleures pratiques en matière de qualité (bureau et usine).




More about you Currently pursuing a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Operations and Logistics Engineering.
College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is considered an asset.
Hands‑on experience with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong French communication skills, both written and verbal.
