In this role, you will directly manage a construction crew, ensuring effective project execution and adherence to safety regulations. Reporting to the Construction Manager, your responsibilities include completing progress reports and acting as a communication bridge between management and your team. You will need a strong focus on mentoring and supporting crew members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with project drawings and quality standards
• Lead daily tailboard meetings to discuss safety practices
• Organize material and equipment for effective workflow




• Support project timelines through effective resource allocation
• Document and report any incidents or safety concerns

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation
• 5-7 years of relevant construction experience needed
• Familiarity with safety regulations and project management
• Valid driver’s license is essential
• Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as necessary
