We are seeking passionate, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals who love to learn and are committed to making a difference in children’s lives. This role involves providing behaviour therapy services in both small group classroom settings and one-on-one environments. Our team uses Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with a strong focus on natural workplace teaching to support children aged 2–13.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and implement individualized ABA programming as well as small group instruction in a secure, supportive setting.
Work with students one-to-one and in small group settings.
Assist with assessments to guide treatment planning.
Develop lesson plans for small group learning
Implement behaviour intervention plans as written.




Actively participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience or interest in working with children and ABA is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00-$33.00 per hour
