Job Posting: Program Leader – Before & After School Program

Location: Chuka Blvd., Regina, SK.

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Casual

Availability Required: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM AND 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Applicants must be available during both time slots to be considered.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Program Leaders to join our Before & After School Program team! If you are passionate about working with children and creating a protected, fun, and engaging environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and implement creative and active programming for up to 40 children (Kindergarten to Grade 6).
Supervise and support the physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being of children in your care.
Set up and clean up materials (tables, chairs, activity supplies, etc.) before and after program hours.
Engage with children through interactive play, arts, crafts, and group games.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all participants.
Build solid, respectful relationships with children,



families, and fellow staff members.
Serve as a positive role model and mentor to children in the program.

Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and available for both morning and afternoon shifts.
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience working with children is an asset.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Must have reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license (location is on Chuka Blvd.).
