Develop and oversee assembly processes and tooling solutions
Support production with quality response meetings and troubleshooting
Create necessary documentation including PFMEA’s and work instructions
Manage project lifecycle from design to final launch and buy-off Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
At least five years of relevant experience in manufacturing
Expert in CAD tools like NX, Catia, or Solidworks
Familiarity with quality standards like IATF16949 and ISO14001
