This role operates in a hybrid mode, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will bring at least 3 years of experience from the fleet management or insurance sectors and contribute to the claims lifecycle from intake to resolution.

Your role entails liaising with insurers, guiding clients, and ensuring thorough documentation of claims and repairs, all while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily claims intake on the Accident Management Queue
Review claims and provide necessary guidance to stakeholders
Document claims and repair events meticulously
Communicate with insurers for claim reports and coverage checks
Proactively expedite subrogation processes Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in an insurance-related field (asset)
Minimum 3 years' experience in fleet management or insurance
Direct customer service skills required
Bilingual in English and French preferable
Experience in rapid-paced contact center operations Serve as a key player in claims management, fostering solid relationships with clients at Holman.
