Responsibilities
Assist with tire replacement, rotation, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance
Support the team in performing oil changes, lubrication services, and basic vehicle inspections
Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks under supervision
Help with heavy lifting of tires and automotive parts to facilitate repairs and service procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining basic vehicle care practices
Follow dealership procedures for safety, quality control, and proper documentation of services performed

Skills
Previous dealership or mechanic experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Strong mechanical knowledge with an interest in automotive repair and maintenance
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire changes or service tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
Willingness to learn about automotive systems, sales processes, and dealership operations
Basic understanding of safety protocols related to automotive work environments
