Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and skilled first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries and reservations with courtesy
Check guests in and out accurately, ensuring all information is correctly recorded
Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude
Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and verifying guest identities
Assist with administrative tasks such as logging arrivals/departures and updating guest records




Support other front desk operations during overnight shifts to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements
Proven experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for transparent, professional interactions
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest management software is a plus
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently during busy periods
Previous hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
