Role: Automation Testing Lead – Tosca, Guidewire, P&C; Insurance

Waterloo - Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Automation Leads with solid expertise in P&C; Insurance, Tosca Automation, and Guidewire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing initiatives, driving quality assurance best practices, and working within Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead automation testing efforts for P&C; Insurance applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Guidewire environment.
Support Agile development teams by participating in sprint planning, test planning, execution, and defect management.
Drive automation strategy, test coverage, and continuous quality improvements.
Ensure testing deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.




Mentor and guide team members on automation best practices.

Required Skills
Automation Testing expertise, preferably Tosca
Guidewire (GW) experience
Agile methodology experience

Required Experience
10+ years of overall experience.
Solid knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
Hands‑on experience with Tosca Automation.
Experience working on Guidewire implementations or support projects.
Experience leading automation testing initiatives in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience leading testing efforts across complex enterprise applications.
