Lead operational risk initiatives at Outstanding-West Lifeco as an AVP focused on risk and resilience. Drive effective risk management and support strategic growth across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. In this full time permanent role, you will navigate evolving regulatory expectations while enhancing operational risk programs.

Your leadership will be key in fostering collaboration and aligning business strategies with risk management practices. You will work closely with regional teams to strengthen resilience outcomes and facilitate informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
