Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.

Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.

Maintain personal and productivity goals

Establish a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.

Ability to learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.

Maintain knowledge of all products through product training.

Contribute to brand awareness by helping the store manager use social media.

Qualifications:

0-3 years of retail experience

Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.

Motivated to achieve excellent results thanks to his enthusiasm for running.

Autonomous, able to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.

Versatile availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays
