Key Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient service for guests and colleagues
• Assist and redirect external and internal callers
• Manage guest requests, ensuring standard follow-up




• Book room reservations using the Property Management System
• Maximize revenue through upselling opportunities

Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience is required
• Front Office or Reservations experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone manner with a positive attitude
