In this full time role, you will supervise and coordinate quality assurance activities at our Bottling Production Facility. Key skills include managing production activities, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Staff, train, and evaluate quality assurance team members
• Manage daily production activities in a unionized setting
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)




• Monitor and report on operational KPIs and trends
• Oversee sanitation associates and the sanitation program

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field
• 2+ years leadership experience preferred
• Experience in ISO/Food Safety environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards
